1. Introduction

7. Price Adjustments and Additional Charges
All prices displayed on the Portal are the final amounts payable to globaltourdesk.com for the services booked. However, in cases where government authorities, service providers, or local governing bodies apply additional charges, such as taxes, service fees, resort fees, or VAT, globaltourdesk.com reserves the right to pass these charges onto your booking. These additional fees are not part of the initial price displayed and will be added separately.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless globaltourdesk.com, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Portal, including any misrepresentation of information, violation of these Terms of Use, or any fraudulent transactions.
